How to leave a rating

At the end of each stay, you have the option to rate your experience in terms of; Cleanliness,Communication,Check-in,Accuracy,Location and Value . One star refers to poor service while a five star is excellent service. Detailed feedback about your experience will be very helpful!

If you accidentally left an incorrect rating, unfortunately, it won’t be possible to change it. However, you can reach out to our Support team and let us know about it.
